Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
  4. Preheat your broiler to high or oven to 450°F.
  5. Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment and place a greased wire rack on top.
  6. Arrange marinated chicken thighs on the wire rack and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
