Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the dressing by whisking together the sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Top the salad with the flaked salmon and drizzle the sriracha dressing over the top. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
