  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a dipping sauce or spread for po' boy sandwiches.
