If using, fold in the chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
Taste the remoulade and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more hot sauce or cayenne for extra heat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
