- Prepare the ingredients by gathering feta cheese, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), fresh herbs, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Allow the feta and cream cheese (or yogurt) to reach room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine the softened feta, cream cheese (or yogurt), and garlic. Add the fresh dill, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until it starts to come together.
- Continue blending for another 30 seconds until the dip reaches a smooth consistency. If too thick, drizzle in olive oil as the processor runs.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed with freshly cracked black pepper and additional lemon juice.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve fresh with crackers, pita chips, or veggies.
