  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries and cucumber.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  4. If desired, add honey for sweetness and stir until dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate the elixir for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
