Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Add minced garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Blend gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder for the glaze.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the shaped meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Check the internal temperature; it should be around 160°F (71°C). Brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and continue baking for an additional 15-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
