- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Add minced garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Blend gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder for the glaze.
- Brush half of the glaze over the shaped meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Check the internal temperature; it should be around 160°F (71°C). Brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and continue baking for an additional 15-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
