- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 6-8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Mix the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water in the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of salsa and 1 can of diced green chilies to the beef mixture and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Spread the seasoned beef mixture into the crust and top with 1.5 cups of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with toppings.
