  • 1 tsp Chili Powder to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Add feta cheese and cilantro, tossing gently to mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
