Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl or jar, add 1 cup of old-fashioned oats, 1 cup of your choice of milk, and ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt. Stir until the oats are completely coated and creamy.
- Incorporate 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the oat mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries into the creamy oats mixture, mixing gently.
- Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or airtight container, layer with remaining strawberries if desired, and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. If too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings just before serving.
