Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the sliced baby potatoes for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and tender.
  4. Add a drizzle more olive oil if needed, then toss in the asparagus pieces and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese over the prepared dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  6. Layer the sautéed asparagus and cooked potatoes on top of the ricotta base. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  7. Bake the assembled pizza for about 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and top with chopped parsley before serving.
