For the Cookies
  • 1 package Halloween Oreos or any type of sandwich cookie
For the Candy Coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate melting wafers dark or white chocolate for variety
  • 1 cup Orange candy melting wafers substitute with any bright chocolate melts if needed
  • 1 cup White candy melting wafers chocolate wafers can work too
  • 1 cup Purple candy melting wafers use any colorful melts available
For the Decoration
  • 1 cup Sprinkles seasonal sprinkles also work
  • 1 cup Candy eyes

Equipment

  • Cookie sheet
  • Wax paper
  • piping bag

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the chocolate and candy wafers in separate bowls in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, add sprinkles and candy eyes for decoration.
  5. Let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet to harden for about 1 hour.
  6. Optionally, pipe additional designs with more melted candy wafers.
  7. Once set, serve the cookies or store them in an airtight container.
