- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large pot over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and the cheese on top is golden brown.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
