  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath.
  2. After cooling, peel the eggs under running water, slice in half, and place whites on a platter; transfer yolks to a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with avocado, then mix in mayonnaise, crema, lime juice, spices, and jalapeño until smooth.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the mixture, using a spool or piping bag for an appealing presentation.
  5. Garnish with smoked paprika, jalapeño slices, and cilantro leaves. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
