  • 8 ounces Cooked Noodles use wheat or rice noodles for gluten-free options
  • to taste Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • to taste Green Onions sliced; for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thinly slicing the beef sirloin against the grain.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sliced onion for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  7. Pour the sauce into the skillet, return the cooked beef and mix everything together.
  8. Introduce the cooked noodles, tossing gently to coat well.
  9. Serve the dish immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
