Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the filled bombs on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
