Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium apples diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
  • 1 cup Snickers candy bars chopped (about 4-5 bars)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apples evenly to prevent browning.
  2. Add the chopped Snickers bars, mini marshmallows, and chopped peanuts (if using) to the bowl with the apples.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping and caramel sauce until well combined.
  4. Pour the whipped topping mixture over the apple and candy mixture. Gently fold everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
