- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble the firm tofu in a large bowl and mix with plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet and sauté the mixed vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
- Fold sautéed vegetables into the tofu mixture.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the tofu mixture into it.
- Layer the frozen tater tots over the tofu mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
