Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, coat the butterflied shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crab meat, cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Stuff each seasoned shrimp with the crab filling, packing it gently, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the stuffed shrimp for 20-25 minutes until pink and opaque, watching closely to prevent overcooking.
  6. Melt butter with minced garlic and chopped dill in a small saucepan over low heat and drizzle over baked shrimp.
