For the Sauce and Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium option is healthier.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is best, but garlic powder can substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated Fresh ginger maximizes flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Slice pork into thin strips, combine with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water, cook thick noodles for 5-7 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Heat skillet, add oil, stir-fry marinated pork for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Return pork and noodles to skillet, add marinade, toss over high heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve.
