Cooking Steps
- Slice pork into thin strips, combine with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Boil salted water, cook thick noodles for 5-7 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat skillet, add oil, stir-fry marinated pork for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Return pork and noodles to skillet, add marinade, toss over high heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve.
