  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil can substitute with more vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional if you have allergies
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions for Hibachi Zucchini
  1. Begin by washing and slicing the zucchini into sticks, aiming for about half an inch square and two to three inches long.
  2. Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until it’s hot and ready.
  3. Once the oil is shimmering, add the sliced onions to the pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Incorporate the minced garlic and ginger into the pan, stirring continuously for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the zucchini sticks to the pan and sauté for around 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Sauté for an additional minute.
  7. Your hibachi zucchini is now ready to shine on your dinner table!
