- In a measuring cup, whisk together maple syrup, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes. Gradually add arrowroot powder, stirring until combined and smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, cooking for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger into the skillet with cooked beef, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chopped red bell pepper and shredded carrots to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
