  • 2 stalks Green Onions for garnish
  • 1 medium Carrot sliced, can substitute with bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for frying
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish

  1. Prepare Beef: Place the beef sirloin in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm it up, making slicing easier.
  2. Marinate the Meat: Blend the coconut aminos, Korean pear, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss the beef with the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and slice the onion and carrot, and chop the green onions for garnish.
  4. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet over high heat, add olive oil until it shimmers.
