Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add a splash of olive oil. Add fresh broccoli florets and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped garlic in the leftover bacon fat for about 30 seconds. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water, then pour into the skillet.
  4. Stir in the cooked broccoli and crispy bacon, gently tossing to coat. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
