Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly under cool water and chop it into bite-sized pieces, including the white stems and green leaves.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until soft and slightly browned.
  4. Toss in the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender and wilted.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and an extra tablespoon of sesame oil, stirring well to coat all ingredients.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and pour it into the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles for a delightful meal.
