Step-by-Step Instructions for Antipasto Squares
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough into the greased baking dish, pressing it into the corners and pinching the seams.
  3. Layer your capicola, salami, pepperoni, provolone, Colby Jack cheese, and sprinkle pepperoncini on top.
  4. Roll out the second can of crescent dough over the fillings and pinch seams to seal it.
  5. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack before slicing.
