- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C). If frying, heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut the corn on the cob into smaller pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel to eliminate excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut corn with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket or on a baking tray. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer or pan. Optionally sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning or squeeze fresh lime over the corn.
