Preparation Steps
  1. Wash spinach, green apples, and cucumber; chop spinach, core and dice apples, cut cucumber into chunks, and prepare ginger.
  2. Blend spinach, green apples, cucumber, pitted dates, ginger, and almond milk in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  3. Add ice to the blender and blend until the ice is fully crushed and the smoothie is frosty.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with cucumber slices or chia seeds, and serve immediately.
