Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 large lemon thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 8 cups water
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumbers and lemon.
  2. Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the 8 cups of water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. For best results, chill overnight.
  5. Serve over ice if desired, and garnish with additional mint leaves or lemon slices.
