Method
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumbers and lemon.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
- Pour in the 8 cups of water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. For best results, chill overnight.
- Serve over ice if desired, and garnish with additional mint leaves or lemon slices.
