Method
 

Vinaigrette Preparation

Salad Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, add salad greens, fennel, and mandarin oranges. Toss gently to mix evenly.
Plating
  1. Portion the mixed salad onto serving plates, creating an inviting presentation.
Dressing and Garnish
