- Blend whole oats in a food processor until they turn into a fine powder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.
- Add yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a solid dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper to a thickness of about 0.5 to 1 cm.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Spread sauce and add your desired toppings to the dough.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
