- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Combine chopped onions and minced garlic, add vegetable oil to the air fryer, and air fry for 3–4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Add diced carrots and frozen peas, air fry for another 3–4 minutes.
- Add cooked white rice, stir in, and air fry for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Make a well in the rice and pour in beaten eggs, stir, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the rice mixture, fold together, and air fry for another 2 minutes.
