Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add diced carrots and frozen peas, air fry for another 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked white rice, stir in, and air fry for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Make a well in the rice and pour in beaten eggs, stir, and cook for about 3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice mixture, fold together, and air fry for another 2 minutes.
