Add rolled oats, pomegranate seeds, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Once chilled, use your hands to form the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate the bites for an additional 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
