Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the mustard honey sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
