Prepare the strawberries by hulling and halving them. Rinse the blueberries and set aside.
Take a wooden skewer and thread one strawberry half onto the skewer, followed by a marshmallow, then a blueberry. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at the end for handling. Aim for about 3 strawberries, 3 marshmallows, and 3 blueberries per skewer.
If using white chocolate, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the assembled kabobs for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.
Place the kabobs on a serving platter and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the chocolate to set and the kabobs to chill.
