  4. Brush the seasoning mixture on both sides of each cabbage steak, ensuring an even coat.
  5. Arrange the seasoned cabbage steaks on the baking sheet in a single layer with space between each piece.
  6. Roast the cabbage steaks in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
