Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
