Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
