For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Chop fresh tomatoes and mince garlic. Rinse fresh spinach well and prepare the tortellini.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
