Method
 

Dough Preparation

Bake
  1. Transfer the dough on parchment into the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Cooling
  1. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and cool for 1 hour before slicing.
