- Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of drained, diced canned peaches. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine the yogurt and peaches.
- Using an immersion blender, blend the yogurt and peach mixture until smooth, usually taking about 30 seconds.
- Taste your peachy blend and adjust sweetness if necessary by stirring in sugar or monk fruit sweetener.
- Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid, and place it flat in your freezer for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint in the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami, securing the lid back on.
- Lock the bowl into the Ninja Creami machine, select the Lite Ice Cream setting, and start the machine.
- Check the texture; if the mixture is crumbly, use the Re-spin button until you achieve a creamy texture.
- For crumbly bits, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin for better consistency before serving.
