Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of drained, diced canned peaches. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine the yogurt and peaches.
  2. Using an immersion blender, blend the yogurt and peach mixture until smooth, usually taking about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste your peachy blend and adjust sweetness if necessary by stirring in sugar or monk fruit sweetener.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid, and place it flat in your freezer for at least 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint in the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami, securing the lid back on.
  6. Lock the bowl into the Ninja Creami machine, select the Lite Ice Cream setting, and start the machine.
  7. Check the texture; if the mixture is crumbly, use the Re-spin button until you achieve a creamy texture.
  8. For crumbly bits, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin for better consistency before serving.
