- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf and form a trench down the center.
- Stuff the trench with shredded mozzarella and seal with remaining meat mixture.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar for glaze, then brush it over the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
