- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, and minced garlic. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, and salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it freehand on a baking sheet. Aim for a height of about 2 inches.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the shaped meatloaf on the center rack for 45-55 minutes.
- For an extra burst of flavor, brush the top of the meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
