  2. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it freehand on a baking sheet. Aim for a height of about 2 inches.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the shaped meatloaf on the center rack for 45-55 minutes.
