  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or shredded chicken.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Use your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Monterey Jack or cheddar recommended.
For the Shells
  • 12 pieces Taco Shells Hard or soft shells can be used.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce Fresh and crisp addition.
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can swap with guacamole or hot sauce.
  • 1 cup Salsa

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather taco shells and molds.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of ground beef, cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked ground beef and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove seasoned beef from heat and fill the taco shells with the mixture. Add a generous amount of cheese on top.
  5. Slightly crush filled taco shells to fit snugly into the skull-shaped molds.
  6. Press filled taco shells into molds and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Once baked, allow the Monster Taco Skulls to cool for a few minutes before removing from molds.
  8. Serve topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, diced onions, and a dollop of sour cream or salsa.
