Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, melted butter, kosher salt, and egg in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Slowly add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder to the wet mixture, whisking until incorporated.
- Gradually fold in all-purpose flour and baking soda until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
