- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Stir in 2 cups of cheddar cheese, 0.5 cup of cooked and chopped chicken or beef, and 1 chopped green onion. - Slice off the top of the French bread loaf to create a lid and hollow out the inside, leaving a sturdy crust.
