Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until fine powder.
  3. Cream together softened butter and powdered sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla extract, milk, and strawberry powder to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour until a soft dough forms.
  6. Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Whisk together reserved powdered sugar, milk, and additional strawberry powder for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and let set before serving.
