Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the maple glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
