Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  4. Brush the gochujang mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
  7. Serve immediately with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.
