  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese Diced
  • 1 tsp Cumin Optional spice
  • 1/2 cup Green Chiles Fresh or canned
For Assembly
  • 1 cup Guacamole Or substitute with sliced avocado
  • 4 pcs Buns Gluten-free buns work well
  • 1 cup Salsa Pick mild or spicy based on taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced pepper jack cheese, cumin, and chopped green chiles. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into thick patties about 1 inch in thickness. Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the chilled patties on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Once patties are cooked, place each patty onto a bun, top with guacamole and salsa, and serve immediately.
