Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and slightly sticky, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  3. Wet your hands and form the mixture into 10-12 oval shapes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  5. Grill the kofta for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
